Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Orders with butters and balms ship only on Mondays to avoid weekend holds.

Free shipping on orders over $50. Pickup can be scheduled for the front gate of Pecan Plantation.

• Open shipping container immediately upon delivery.

• Do not store in airtight container.

• Use self-draining soap dish.

• Keep dry when not in use.

• Store in dark/dry area.

• Bring package indoors as soon as received.

• Store in cool/dry area with stable room temperature.

• Let jar sit 24 hours at room temperature before opening.

• Open jar at room temperature away from warm/humid bathrooms.

• Always use a DRY & CLEAN utensil or finger to prevent spoilage from moisture.

• Apply to damp, not wet skin. Applying to dry skin may cause more dryness.

Yes, our goat milk for soap, tallow and lard are 100% grass fed and finished with no antibiotics or hormones. Any butters, balms or other moisturizers with goat milk is full fat with no preservatives. Some of our ingredients are already organic—most notably our coconut oil and oatmeal. While organic ingredients are not yet cost-effective for our full product range, We are committed to continuing to source the highest-quality materials possible and plan to introduce new organic product lines in the future.

• Item returns are accepted within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the items arrived damaged.

• Damaged items must be reported to Plantation Naturals within 5 days of delivery.

• No exchanges.
